Sichuan spicy and sour noodles soup
This noodles house serves a few kind of noodles, rather than the Yunnan rice noodles.
I always choose the thin sweet potato noodles (細薯粉) which is a bit chewy. And the soup i like most is the sichuan sour and spicy one. For those like unspicy, u can choose the clear soup instead and my friend told me that it was not bad too.
And the ingredients i like most are Pork soft bones (豬軟骨), Beef shanks(牛展) and Pork belly (腩肉). I cannot say whether it is better or 譚X is better. They have their own tastes.
