Shandong Noodles house...
This tiny clean cafe sells nice noodles in reasonable price. Its home-made noodles are quite tender and should be the signature foods in this cafe.
This time, we tried the following foods:
- Home-special Dan Dan noodles
Its sauce is nice and a bit spicy. Good for those who do not have so many meats~
- 蜜味醉雞腿
Although it tastes a bit like the soy sauce chicken, it has strong flavour of wine. Quite funny~
- Sweet and sour pork coming with the soup noodles
The pork ribs are not tender enough. Maybe they are over-cooked.
Next time, i may try its pan-fried dumplings. They look yummy too.
