Quality dropped?
As I remembered the 1st time that i visited Rice Paper, all their foods were quite nice and yummy.
However, I did not feel the same this time. The quality of some of their dishes seems to be dropped. Especially for the rice paper rolls, their skins were not soft enough and the entire rolls were tasteless. Their desserts were not as nice as we expected too.
To conclude, their foods are as average now.
