What's not to love?
3 words is all it takes to brighten up my eyes and send a smile spreading across my face:
All Day Breakfast.
And Hatched is really the perfect place to be whether it be a lazy Sunny Sunday morning or a slow rainy Monday noon or even, a chilly friday night.
There is not that many All Day Breakfast places in Singapore, much less one that scores hits all round, from the affordable pricing of their menu, to their concept, and even their cute website! My only grouch is the inaccessibillity of the place by public transport. That, and the limited space for diners.
That aside, I really want to emphasize how much i love just being seated IN Hatched. The furnishings from the lightbulbs hanging from the ceilings, to the blackboard, to the wooden tables and chairs to (i especially love) the big bright windows, and the warm comfort food, they make the air feel somehow lighter and the sounds from outside so distant..
