OUT OF THIS WORLD!
I'm not usually a fan of mee hoon kuey(it's THEM, not me!) but Restorant Yi Bao totally won me over.
Everything you would hope to find in a yummy bowl of mee hoon kuey, or any kind of soup noodles really, can be found in that bowl of goodness.
This is basically how I use to describe food I find phenomenal...
.. wait for it.. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! haha which is indeed what the mee hoon kuey you can find in this little unasumming place IS. in all senses of the phrase!
food blogger i am not so all i can say is, everything from the soft chewy pork balls, to the chilli (am convinced the chilli is THE key to all successful food businesses), to the runny egg yolks... they are all done perrrrfectly
It's full-house ALL THE TIME but it is totally worth the wait.
