ORIENTAL DESSERT @ Lot 10 Hutong (十号胡同)
Lot 10 Hutong (十号胡同) (Malaysia's First Gourmet Heritage Village) is an unusual food court that you normally seen or visited in other shopping malls. Most of the local Chinese cuisine here are 'lau jiu pai' (老招牌), including Hokkien Mee from Petaling Street Kim Lian Kee (金莲记), porridge from Petaling Street Hon Kee (汉记), and etc.
After a round of window shopping @ Pavilion & Farenheitt 88, I felt tired probably because I'm not used to high heels and I felt thirsty at the same time. Knowing that Lot 10 has a food court filled with famous food stalls, I have suggested my boyfriend to pay a visit there. We decided to have ice-cool dessert @ Oriental Dessert to quench our thirst. While we were queuing and thinking what to order, person in front of us suggested to his friends to try the ice-kacang. Without any doubts, we have ordered it ^^
Indeed, the ice-kacang is very delicious because of its VERY SMOOTH ice. The ice will just melt immediately inside your mouth. And, the owner is generous with the ingredients such as Red Beans, Cendol, Corns, Peanuts, and Grass Jelly. In addition, the sugar syrup they used is just nice, not too sweet ^^
This is the MOST DELICIOUS ice-Kacang I ever ate ^^
